Let's face it, summer is coming....Yes, sooner than later it will be time to get in a swimsuit and even though one pieces are trending you still want to rock it! Wedding dress stress has one of us feeling extra pressure as of late, yikes! Drinking lot of water and laying off the wine are the goals right now along with working out consistently. We both like to switch up our workouts to keep them interesting and challenging. Here are few we are loving lately, check it below.
Yoga-The best way to get core strengthening along with all the good vibes afterwards is yoga, Jacki loves Power Yoga and Abby is into Flow (check out Lotus House of Yoga if you are in Omaha). Although the Lulu Lemon mats are not cheap, they save your wrists and joints if you are going to make it a long term thing!
Orange Theory-Jacki has been loving this heart rate monitored class that motivates with loud music and a screen that let's you know when to push your heart rate higher between the different stations of thread, row, and weights,
Ultimate Workout-this is an Omaha based class that Abby has recently started, similar to Orange theory with different stations (thread, row, bike, weights) the night life lights and music vibe make this class fly by with an excellent sweat!
Spin Class-we both enjoy a good spin class, the pumping music and dark room create a positive environment to do your best without worrying about the person next to you, we recently tried Soul Cycle in Bellevue together.....soo good!
